At Kay-Dee we work hard to keep up with the maintenance of our machinery.

Recently to speed up some scheduled maintenance we printed a 3D mould and then cast our own spare parts. This meant that by the next day we not only had the parts we needed but, because we had modelled the parts ourselves, we could tweak the design a bit to improve it.

The result – less downtime and a machine that works better.
